Break out the bubbly: “My Life in Parties” is turning one! This was the first photo that I shared a year ago when I invited y’all into my house to chat about entertaining, gifting, design and all things fun and fabulous.
As they say, time flies when you’re having fun. Thank you for being fantastic readers and for sharing the blog with friends. Best of all, thank you for sharing all of your entertaining inspiration with me. I love hearing what you’re up to and how you’re spoiling your friends and family with your own signature style.
My friend Laura Jayson of Dough & Co. made this cake for me to mark MLIP’s birthday and I wish that I could share a piece with you. I am happy to report that it was delicious — vanilla cake, buttercream and raspberry jam filling. Yum!
While the cake is -by now- long gone, you know that I ADORE party favors so I am leaving you with something fun that will come in handy this Valentine season (& beyond?!?). If you click on the link below you should find a PDF file of Valentine themed gift tags. Should it strike your fancy, print these out -in color- on some good card stock (or send the file to Alphagraphics or FedEx and they’ll do the honors for you). Then, cut them along the hash marks, grab some ribbon and tie these babies onto Valentine gifts like the ones that I highlighted in my “How Do I Love Thee?” post from earlier this week. Feel free to share the file with friends and spread the love!
Enjoy & hope to be celebrating with you again this time next year!!!
ps: If you have trouble accessing the file, please go to my site directly. Or, you can always email me and I’ll be happy to pass it along.
